To help in determining the right selling price, I provide business owners with different pricing and debt servicing formulas that are used by commercial lenders.
- Attracting Qualified Buyers: I have designed a proprietary marketing system that attracts, screens and qualifies buyers, while keeping the identity of the business confidential.
- Being Objective: The selling of a business can be very emotional. A business sale is about data, information and facts, rather than feelings or opinions without any true basis. I am honest in my approach when working with owners, even when it may be uncomfortable.
- Keeping things simple when working with others: When it comes to a business sale, keeping things simple, in all forms of processes and communication, is incredibly helpful when working with landlords, lawyers, accountants, lenders, and buyers.
