My guess is that when planning the start or the purchase of your business you took the time to create some type of plan.


I would also guess that once you were in business you spent a lot of time planning, new products, services, strategies, marketing, and the growth of your business.


My question is. Why wouldn't anyone plan the sale of their business. Yet 89% of all business owners and business sellers don't use a tangible business plan to sell a business?


What is BizPlanSell?

BizPlanSell is a business selling plan that I designed and use when working with business owners.


It serves as our roadmap by defining goals, preparation, and the strategies needed to sell a business.


BizPlanSell uses what I have learned from my 

45-year career and puts it into an easy to follow, step by step business selling plan.


Whether I am working with business owners or training business brokers, BizPlanSell is a key in helping to make better business selling decisions. 

BizPlanSell is based on two principles:

The importance of having a business selling plan

Having a business selling plan provides a crucial tool and advantage for any business owner who is serious about selling their business.

BizPlanSell will:

Identify business selling goals. Together we will set specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and objectives.


Develop strategies Together we will outline the actions and tactics needed to achieve those goals.
