Texas Gas Wells Equity Partner Wanted


 A Small Texas Independent Company that specializes in finding Oil and Gas supplies is searching for partners to help finance the drilling of up to 6 Natural Gas Wells in Texas.  

Our client is looking for an partner who understands the Oil & Gas Industry and the opportunity that is being presented. 

 1.3-1,500,000 US  per well is required. Partners have the option of participating in 1—6 wells. Initial wells will be drilled at 10,400 ft. 

The Company has had discussions with several Mineral Rights Brokers who have accessed the value of their 643 acre mineral rights somewhere between 16,000,000.00 - 27,000,000.00.  

The total recoverable proven reserves under the 643 acres is up to  200,000,000.00. over the 6 wells.    


The Company will offer 75% Net Royalty to partners so that they may recoup their original capital quickly and then a 50% equity in all further net profits for the duration of the wells. 

Senior Care & Hotel Development Partner required. 4,000,000

 Our Client is a well experienced, successful  Commercial Developer with many projects completed, is looking for an equity partner to build and develop several building projects in a Kamloops BC with a population base of roughly 100,000  

 Initial development will include a Branded Hotel, Senior Care Residence plus a Retail Complex that will surround an established golf course.

Business Partners are required to develop a 0.6 hectare fully serviced site available for the development of a motel or hotel in Nordegg Alberta. Hotel lot is adjacent to a golf course ,a newly built Shell branded service station, and general store.  



Nordegg is the service center for a large area of the Eastern slopes located within a 3hr drive from both Edmonton and Calgary and 90 km from the Banff/Jasper highway. Increased growth from visitors into the area include the spillover from both Banff & Jasper summer mountain tourists, plus a constant flow of transient workers and contractors involved in the oil and gas, logging and mining industries.
